MEET OUR DOCTORS

Dr. Samuel K. Seto is originally from New Orleans, LA, where he received a B.S. in Biology from Tulane University, and M.S. in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from LSU Medical Center and published original research work on corneal immunology. He then spent several years as a research scientist in Seattle, WA and Madison, WI, specializing in corneal immunology and virology, and was a presenter at several international research meetings as well as authoring several research papers in scientific journals. Dr. Seto later completed medical school and an internal medicine internship at University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago, continuing several research projects throughout his medical training and specialization.

After finishing his specialty training, Dr. Seto returned to the Pacific Northwest and established a modern comprehensive ophthalmic and surgical practice at the Eye Clinic of Edmonds. This clinic offers a wide range of ophthalmic, optical, surgical and laser services. Dr. Seto preforms his surgeries at Seattle Surgery Center and TLC in Bellevue.  He provides state-of-the art ophthalmic surgery including minimally invasive laser-assisted cataract and glaucoma procedures, advanced multifocal lens implants, refractive laser and astigmatism correction surgeries. Dr. Seto has also lectured to residents at the University of Washington and participates in a number of clinical pharmaceutical studies.  He is a past president of the Washington Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.  In his spare time, Dr. Seto enjoys traveling the world with his family, photography, and trying new cuisine.

Dr. Wallace was born and raised in the North Seattle area. He attended the University of Washington where he earned a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology. In 2002, he graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. As an associate to Dr. Seto, Dr. Wallace provides comprehensive eye health exams, refractive services, and contact lens fitting evaluations. To best meet our patient’s needs, Dr. Wallace works closely with Dr. Seto providing co-managed medical care when necessary and communicating with your family physician or other health-care providers to ensure complete eye health management. Dr. Wallace welcomes patients of all ages, as a father of three he is familiar with the specific needs of young children and will work to provide a relaxed and positive experience for your whole family. In his spare time, Dr. Wallace enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.
